Education

Public schools in the Fremont Unified School District (see district website or Greatschools.net are very highly rated. My research in 2005 turned up three high schools with an API rank of 9 (American High School., Washington High School, and Irvington High School), and one 10 (Mission San Jose). Given the 28 elementary schools returned by GreatSchool's "Compare Schools" tool for Fremont, the average API score was 8.14, and the median score was 8.

Colleges / Junior Colleges include a campus of Devry University, and Ohlone College.
